Know thyself ...
"Do not stay in the dark about yourself, do not make mistakes, which runs the vast majority of people: ordinary people are interested in others affairs but do not aspire to analyze themselves. So do not be lazy to do it, but on the contrary, by all means keep an eye of yourself. "/Socrates/

The Main Idea

Fun gamesThe slogan of my blog, I chose to “Know thyself” is not by accident. As an example of what the association gives my brain in the situations related to the intensified intellectual activity as a result of loads at work or tired of fun games. I hope that even such simple description can anyone help to understand themselves, and consequently facilitate the knowledge of the world.

“Know thyself” – this is only the part of the ancient greek philosopher Socrates aphorism. The other part is “and you cognize the world”. The more you spend the time to get to become comfortable with yourself the more you become comfortable with the world as the result.

In this blog I try to describe events was happening to me with a philosophical and psychological point of view. I haven’t any philosophical or psychological education. Therefore, all underwritten in this blog does not claim to ultimate truth. I was a programmer and all my life very interested in philosophical and psychological problems.

In my opinion, the profession of a programmer is exactly the most fun in the terms of knowledge of your own mind as on the conscious and at the unconscious level.

A little theoretical deviation.
In our present life are often events taking place on which we are unable to react in time due to the fact that we constantly lack of time. These events leave the conscious level of our brain to the subconscious level. After a certain period of time, this event is ripens in the subconscious mind and tries to gain a logical conclusion. You have the unconscious anxiety that something is forgotten. And if again due to lack of time, analysis of the causes of this disturbance will be delayed, you can get a chronic form of anxiety. Therefore it is important from time to time, perhaps every day ask yourself: “Are you concerned about something?” In order to pull yourself out of the circle of urgent matters you have to practice.

Here, I just approached the subject of all this of my blog – Brain Training. As well as the muscles, the brain needs exercise. I try to describe all the possible ways to exercise the brain, which I could find: whether it is simply reading books, or playing brain teaser games online.
